Chewy Ginger Cookies
If you use 2 cup flour the cookies will be flat.
If you use 2 1/4 cup flour the will be puffy.
Oven 175 degrees.
Cream butter & sugar together.
Add egg & treacle.
Stir to combine.
Add dry ingredients to make a dough.
Spoon into walnut size balls.
Roll in extra sugar.
Place on tray & bake for 10-12 mins.
Allow to cool on tray before transferring to plate.
