Step 1Heat oven 350/175 degrees.
Cream together butter, sugars, egg & vanilla.

Step 2Fold in the flour, bicarb, baking powder & salt.

Step 3Add coconut.
Stir through.

Step 4Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto a tray.
Bake for 8-10 mins.
