Step 1Heat oven 400/200 degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients together.

Step 2Mix all wet ingredients together except the butter & cherries.

Step 3Pour the wet ingredients into the dry along with the butter & cherries.
Mix until just combined.

Step 4Place batter into muffin cups.
Bake for 20-22 mins until cooked through.

Step 5Remove from the oven & cool completely.

Step 6Serve.
