Cheese Pizza with chilli balsamic dressing
This is a little time consuming to make the dough base.
It is worth it though. There is not a lot of work in the dough, the time is spent waiting for the rise.
You could top the pizza with anything of your choice but the chilli balsamic dressing does make the flavour better.

Step 1Make the dough.
Mix together the flour, yeast, salt,

Step 2Mix in the oil & milk.
Gradually add the water.

Step 3Mix well to form a soft dough.
Kneed for approx 5 mins until dough comes together.

Step 4Place into a bowl & cover with cling film.

Step 5Leave to rise & double in size.

Step 6Roll out the dough to a circle.
Cover & allow to rise again.
After this rise, add sauce & cheese to the pizza base.

Step 7Drizzle with Cochrane Cottage Chilli Balsamic Dressing.
Heat the oven Gas 6.

Step 8Place in the oven for approx 15 mins until the pizza is cooked & golden brown.
