Step 1Heat oven 355/180 degrees.
Mix together sugars & oil.

Step 2Add eggs.
Mix in.

Step 3Add carrot, walnuts, currant & zest.
Mix in.

Step 4Fold in flour, bicarb, cinnamon & nutmeg.

Step 5Pour into a tin.
Bake for 30-40 mins.

Step 6Butter cream...
Mix ingredients together.
