A frozen margarita with tequila, tonic and sherbet!
If you prefer your margarita rimmed with sugar, then this is the cocktail for you with sherbet, frozen tonic cubes and a lollipop garnish.

Step 1Before you begin, fill an ice cube tray with tonic water and freeze.

Step 2Place the lollipop to one side and empty the contents of the sherbet packet into the bottom of a cocktail shaker.

Step 3Empty the ice cubes into a freezer bag and lightly crush.

Step 4Add the crushed ice to the cocktail shaker.

Step 5Add the tequila.

Step 6Shake well and then pour into a margarita glass.

Step 7Serve with a lollipop.
