Golumpki Cabbage Rolls
A polish favourite.
Easy to make.
If you don't use all the filling mix it in with the sauce.
Heat oven 175 degrees.
Blanch the head of cabbage in salted water.
Strip the leaves & run under cold water.
Mix together the mince, rice, egg, salt, pepper, onion & garlic.
Stuff the cabbage leaves with the filling.
Place rolls in a tray.
Cover with sauce.
Bake for 50-60 mins.
