Yummy pancakes that will blow your taste buds!
Tasty, delicate and to-die-for - these three words describe exactly what these buttermilk pancakes are like. You can add to them anything you want - chocolate chips, blueberries, or simply vanilla bean - and I am sure you will love them.
Separate the egg white from the yolk, put it in one bowl with egg white, add a pinch of salt and whisk them together.
In another bowl, mix all the other ingredients apart from blueberries/chocolate chips and oil. After that, put a frying pan on a burner and preheat on low heat.
Add the whisked egg whites to the second bowl and mix together, a little more gently this time. Then add the blueberries and/or chocolate chips and mix it gently again.
Put some cooking oil all over the hot pan. Fry the pancakes on low heat, the pan always lightly greased so that they do not stick. Serve with whatever you fancy!
