Frilly and foofy
I threw together a bustle skirt for a performance and just really adore it. Super fun and easy! I used a snap for the closure and left a little slit in the leg. I ran out of lace after the top two layers and had to do the bottom two in a different lace due to a time crunch.

I have been looking to make something similar. Did you use a pattern or tutorial? or did you design it your self? I just can't quite work out wear to start when making some thing like this.
