The cheese, egg & Quorn bacon breakfast waffles are sure to fill you up!
Mix together the plain flour, egg, baking powder, salt, soya milk and vegetable oil.
Chop two of the cheese slices into small squares and stir into the batter with the bacon bits and rosemary.
Pour your batter into a waffle iron and start cooking.
Start frying your Quorn bacon and eggs.
Remove the waffle from the waffle iron when ready and pop your second waffle on to cook.
Chop a waffle in half and place a slice of cheese on top with your bacon on top and leave to cook for a minute so that the cheese melts.
Place the egg on top and the second waffle half on top of that.
Serve and enjoy!
