Step 1Mix the butter & digestive biscuits together.
Press into the bottom of a pan.
Set aside.

Step 2Whisk the cream cheese, vanilla, icing sugar & coconut together.

Step 3Whisk the cream & sugar together until thick.

Step 4Mix the cheese mixture & the cream mixture together.

Step 5Spoon a layers of cheesecake filling & melted chocolate until you use up all ingredients finishing with the chocolate layer.

Step 6Refrigerate for 4 hrs but overnight is best.

Step 7Place the bounty bars on top.
Cut & serve.
