The origins of this cake are Welsh.
It tastes better if you store it for a couple of days after baking.
Soak the fruit in the tea overnight.
Heat oven 180 degrees.
Add the sugar, flour, spice & eggs to the fruit .
Stir to combine.
Pour into a tin.
Bake for 1 hr until cooked through.
Allow to cool.
Wrap & store for a couple of days or eat now.
