Step 1Cream together the butter, sugar and beat in the eggs.

Step 2Whisk the flour together with the baking powder and baking soda before adding to your butter mix.

Step 3Chop in the bananas and sprinkle in the walnuts.

Step 4Mix to combine.

Step 5Spread the batter into a greased baking tin.

Step 6Bake at 180'c for half an hour and then drizzle with caramel sauce while it's still hot.

Step 7Top with banana chips and serve!
