This ice cream tastes just like apple pie.

You Will Need

Step 1Cook the apples, sugar, butter & cinnamon in a pot until the apples are soft & the liquid is thick & syrupy.
Allow to cool completely.

Step 2Whisk the sugar & eggs together.

Step 3Add the vanilla, cream & milk.
Stir to combine.

Step 4Churn in the machine for approx 1 hr.

Step 5Transfer the ice cream to a box & stir in the apples.
Stir in the crushed tea biscuits.
Mix until incorporated.

Step 6Serve.
