Spiced Apple & Pecan Cake.
A nice flavourful Apple cake.
Good with or without the icing.
Heat oven 175 degrees.
In a bowl Combine apples & sugar.
Add eggs, oil & vanilla.
Stir to combine.
In a bowl combine the flour, baking powder, Bicarb, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg & salt.
Mix the wet & dry ingredients together.
Add the milk.
Add the pecans.
Pour into a tin.
Are for 30-40 mins until cooked through.
Remove from the oven & cool completely.
Make the frosting...
Mix the cream cheese & butter together.
Add the vanilla.
Add the icing sugar.
Beat for approx 5 mins until thick & creamy & the sugar has dissolved.
Spread onto cake.
Cut & serve
