I needed something festive for dirt cheap for a 4th of July celebration. I decided to give this project a try - I've seen these a lot & I don't know who the original source is for the idea so I decided to just give it a spin meself.
cut out a star shape and just sort of had at it with a sponge brush :D
I loved it!
