Almond Snowballs
Dough needs to be refrigerated for at least an hour.
You can decorate the cookies as you like, milk chocolate, sprinkles, etc.

You Will Need

Step 1Mix all dough ingredients together.

Step 2Wrap tightly in cling film & place in the fridge for at least an hour.

Step 3Heat oven 160/320degrees.
Roll the dough into a log 2cm wide.
Cut into 3cm strips.
Roll into balls & bake for 8-10 mins. Allow to cool.

Step 4Melt chocolate.
Top cookies with chocolate & decorate with almonds.
Serve.
