Come behind the scenes at kelbysews for a #CraftRoomTour and see Kelly's craft room in Franklin, Tennessee.

I love the large double window that lets in awesome afternoon light!

Tell us about your space

It's a relatively small room around 9x10, but I have 10 ft. ceilings and a large window which make the space seem larger. I love that I don't have to share my room with anyone else! It's sole purpose is for my sewing supplies......and it has a door for when I get a bit messy, which is often!

What have you done to make your space cosy, beautiful or inspiring?

It is my goal to have every square inch covered in mini quilts! I've got a good start on it! Just a few corners left to embellish! Most of my mini quilts are from friends so it's awesome to look up and be reminded how inspiring and giving the quilting community is!

How do you keep organized?

Hmmmmmm, I haven't quite mastered that yet! I recently remodeled the closet to make it *look* more organized, but really, it's still messy! The bins hide all my sins! I'm bursting at the seams in this room! Too much fabric.....wait.....is there such a thing?

Any tips & tricks for organising supplies?

Ask for help! My mom and a close friend of mine are uber organizers! When either of them come over I ask for their advice! I know my strengths and weaknesses so I'm not afraid to ask for a more experienced opinion!

Which are your favourite possessions and are there any of your own creations on display?

My favorite possessions are the mini quilts for the relationships they represent. I have several of my own mini's up too!

How do you organise your inspiration and ideas?

Pintrest mostly since my room can't handle any more paper or things! Clutter is a real issue for me!

Where do you look for inspiration?

Everywhere! The IG quilting community is probably the first place I look, but I can find inspiration in my workout pants (true story).

If you had three wishes, what would you do to make it the dream space?

1. Retractable design wall
2. More floor space
3. More mini quilts! :)
