Features

Bake some plum bread, a traditional fruit loaf from Lincolnshire, with Susan in Spalding, England.

I moved here about 12 years ago and I love the wide open skies, you can see for miles as the landscape is so flat, the sky seems to go on forever. Spalding was famous for tulips and the annual Tulip Parade, we don't see so many tulips these days, but in spring and summer we're surrounded by fields of daffodils and sunflowers.

Travel Wishlist:

I am fascinated by Iran at the moment and would LOVE to go there, so I guess I would say Tehran. I'm interested in the culture, history and the vibrance of the country, it has such a young population, and the mystique that surrounds it. I would love to try tah dig rice - a friend posted a picture of her father's version of it and it looks amazing!
