Fairly quick and easy and very personalized gift!
Using the basket weave pattern on Zentangle.com, .005 Micron pen, white card stock, and pencil, I drew the Surname and zentangled around the name. Using the pencil I highlighted the basket weave pattern. I ended up putting this in a frame that I had on hand.
