You Will Need
-
Step 1Start by cutting long triangles from your duct tape, I do mine 11" long by 3/4" wide. its probably best to use a craft knife so that they don't rip but be careful. Each triangle is a bead.

Step 2Next, stick the thickest end of the tape to your straw and keep wrapping until you reach the end.

Step 3Keep doing this but leaving gaps in-between each one. Once you can fit no more on the straw, cut right up to the edge of the bead.

Step 4These are what your beads should look like :). Happy making!

I love this! I wonder if you can make very petite/slender beads for earrings by wrapping those slender coffee stirrer straws? Either way, I've got to try this. Thanks for sharing.
