  • Step 1

    Prepare ingredients;

    *Chop onion and carrot

*Make the sausages ( or just get some Linda McCartney ones out of the freezer like I did)

(If using freezer sausages, I cooked mine in the microwave just to soften them a little first)

  • Step 2

Add oil to pan or marg.

    *Fry the onions!

    *Add the vegan sausages.

    *Add carrots

Cook until the sausages are tender and warmed through.

  • Step 3

    Make up some vegan gravy.

*Add this to your pan, then add the peas.

    *Mix throughout.

*Cook until everything is warmed through.

  • Step 4

I then added garlic purée and tomato purée to taste.

also add some salt and pepper if you like.

(Just keep adding and tasting till you like the taste!)

  • Step 5

I then put all the casserole mix into a casserole dish and cooked for about 1/2 - 2 hours in the oven at about 180'c

A lot of times, brown gravy powder is vegan and you can just add water (we add beer and several other flavorings, including soy sauce as it tends to be blandish).
