Step 1
so first find a good piece of fabric that is big enough to fit a round for torso.

Step 2
know get a piece of elastic that fits right above your bust, measure and cut the elastic.

Step 3
then fin the fabric and make a tube and at the top of the fabric, about 1 or 2 inches thick(this will be were the elastic goes)
make sure the tupbe has a little opening so the elastci can go into.

Step 4
then put the elastic threw with a safety pin then even out the bunching, and sew the hole wear the elastic meets shut.

Step 5
then do the same thing for the bottom and voila you have a super cute tube top!!!!
