You Will Need

Step 1
get your sheets of tissue and align them neatly on top of one another. Fold them as you would to make a fan.

Step 2
Trim the short ends in a v shape or a u shape. Get a string and tie it around the centre of your folded tissue papers.

Step 3
slowly and carefully unfurl each layer of tissue towards the centre, until you have formed a pom pom :)

Step 4Hang up and enjoy :)
