Step 1Choose some small pieces of pretty thick paper, or cardboard.
I cut mine out of an brochure for a coffee place, and was lucky enough that the space between the pictures were perfect widths for spines of the mini books, but you can achieve this by sticking any two pictures onto a piece of paper in between to create a spine.

Step 2Take a thick magazine or anything else with a pre-bound spine, and cut out rectangles slightly smaller than your book covers, making sure to keep the spine intact.

Step 3Take some sewing pins, and bend their tops into a circle big enough to pass a chain through.

Step 4Glue the straight bits of the pins into the inside of the book covers, then stick the paper in afterward.
