Faux metal stamped labels from soda cans
Cut off the top and bottom of a soda can and turn it into a faux metal stamped look label.

    Cut out the top and bottom of a soda can, carefully while wearing protective gloves. Lay the blank side down and write wording backwards on the metal with a ball point pen.

    Flip the metal over, trim it down and then rub the ink pad over the lettering to accentuate the letters.

    With the handsaw, cut out pieces of wood from the wood planking. I used the type of plank that one would cook fish on.

    Drill a small hole (for the string), lightly sand, and then give it a coat of poly. Hot glue the metal labels to the wood pieces and then thread the string through the hole.
