Step 1

Protect the paper with clear gesso.
Add texture paste through a stencil.
Rip and ink the edges of the paper. -
Step 2
Alter your metallic cogs and pieces with a combination of acrylic paints, giving them a rusty look. Dry.
Glue the metallic embellishments building your composition around your photo. You can also use fussy cutting elements matching the theme.

Step 3
Use Lindy's sprays to add color. Move your paper so the color can blend. dry.
Dry your photo and other paper elements.
Use a stamp and Distress Oxide Ink to add some interest in the background here and there. -
Step 4
Make holes and place eyelets.
Add some chains coming out from the holes. Glue them and use the same acrylic paints to make the color match. -
Step 5
Glue some art stones to make everything come together. Let them dry.
Use same sprays to color them and to make splatters.
Use metallic waxes to highlight.
Make more splatters with white acrylic ink.
Glue some micro beads.
