No room to bring your herbs indoors for winter? FREEZE and read this!

  • How to make a herb. Summer Fresh Herbs Year Round! - Step 1
    Step 1

    Today I used Fresh Basil!

Remove stems and mince lightly with just a drizzle of Canola or Vegetable oil.

You only want the herbs to become more compact, not make a paste.

    Step 2

Pack herbs into Ice Cube Tray.

Make them different sizes so you can just grab the size you need when cooking.

    Step 3

Add just a bit of water over the top to help prevent freezer burn.

When they are frozen, simply put them in a freezer safe baggy and grab one for your soups, stews, pizza and spaghetti sauce.

    The added flavor is UH-mazing!
