Sticky Toffee Cupcakes

Based on Sticky Toffee Cupcakes by Fiona Cairns
Inspired by the Fiona Cairns CO&K.

Here's how mine turned out.

I'm pretty happy with them once I realised that the measurements were probably in grams - although I did chop up a heck of a lot of dates to start with - heheehe

This was also my first real attempt at piping too - even had to buy a piping bag & nozzles.

BTW - these taste awesome!!
