• Step 1

  SORRY FOR THE LACK OF PHOTOGRAPHS.

  So first just get your plastic out, and cut out little lightning bolts.

  for the plastic you can use like anything... anything smooth...and plastic. -_*

  the thicker the plastic the better ;)

• Step 2

  paint them yellow if you want to conform to the standards of society.

  ( or green if you're awesome. )

  yeah... im like high off sugar right now.

• Step 3

  LET THEM DRY.

  then use a needle to poke a hole at the top of each one.

  be careful aaha.

• Step 4

  attach jump ring and hook and you're done!

  now go zap people. like now.
