A great, fun afghan for a a small child
I made this afghan for my stepdaughter who is almost 4. From point to point the afghan is about 4ft, a total of 500 stitches all the way around by the end. I used a black center star and alternated between light blue and dark purple. I used Red Heart Super Saver, medium worsted yarn. It was a bit complicated at first, taking me about 2 weeks to figure it out and took me about a week to finish working about 5-6hrs each day.
I'll get the pattern up as soon as I simplify it as best as possible :)
