You Will Need

Step 1First flatten out your fabric. This was a skirt so i cut off the waist band and will make that into a belt later.
Pin tank to the doubled up fabric, make sure fabric has some elasticity like the tank top or it wont fit right and be too tight.
Cut out neck line on one piece and hem under arm holes, waste and neck line. -
Step 2Attach shoulders and sides together inside out. Then your done :-)
