This is really easy and it makes a perfect gift for anyone who likes flowers.
Alright, so this is probably one of the easiest things that I've made...I made it from a Jarritos Mexican Soda bottle after my brother and I both drank one.
You Will Need

Step 1
Alright...so...take your floral tape, and starting at the top, wrap it around.Don't do the lip of the bottle (where the cap would sit, were it attached).
For those who don't know, it sticks to itself. -
Step 2
Keep wrapping it around. Move progressively downward.

Step 3
Once you get to the bottom, rub the end down hard. You might need a little bit of glue to make it stick, but I doubt it.

Step 4
Use the nail polish to paint the exposed lip of the bottle.

Viola! You're done.
