Step 1
Apply a black base color.

Step 2
Apply a layer of no-wipe gel top coat, and cure. You want the surface to be as smooth as possible because any imperfections are going to show with the chrome.

Step 3Use the sponge applicator to rub the chrome powder on each nail, and dust off any extra powder particles.

Step 4Seal with gel top coat.
