Shoe Revamp With Tights

Grab some mod podge and you're set.
This is really easy to do. Just pull the tights taught and use a lot of mod podge over the fabric so that it seeps through to the satin. Don't forget to allow it to dry. I used an exacto knife to clean up the edges. The second picture is one of the shoes drying.
