Step 1
You'll need approximately 20 small shells to cover a 2-inch tall tea-light holder. Lay the holder on its side, using the sand to keep holder in place while you glue. Working in sections, apply a thin layer of glue and place two to four shells onto the glass and allow to dry about 15 minutes. Repeat process until holder is completely covered and dry. (3)
-
Step 2
Again working in sections, fill area between shells with Gallery Glass simulated liquid leading - the leading holds the shells in place. Allow to dry slightly and sprinkle with dry sand.
-
Step 3
Allow holder to dry for 72 hours before using lit candles. (4).

You can just add black to Elmer's glue and it does the same thing, and is really cheap!
