Really quick and easy
This is quite a simple project and the pillows are very useful too, you can make some to put in shoes or sock drawers or if you add some lavender essential oil they might even help you sleep better!

    Okay first off all take 2 squares of fabric, they can be any size you want. I've opted for a smaller size.

    now choose the design you want on the front of your pillow, I went for a vintage union jack, but you can choose anything.
    OOOOOH I've just had an idea you can put some sort of see through plastic on the front then pop a picture in, now you have your own personalized pillow!

    Put the fabric right sides together and stitch the 2 pieces together, remember to leave a gap to put your stuffing in. once you've done that turn it inside out.

    Now for the scented part there's 2 ways of doing this
    No1. Put your stuffing in a bowl then add your essential oil or perfume, then stuff the pillow.
    or
    Stuff the pillow then add your essential oil or perfume.

    Now you need to sew the gap up where you put your stuffing in and taa daaa your fabulous new scented pillow!

does the scent stay for a while? it seems like it would dissapate after a few weeks or so
