decided to upcycle so she can wear it for another Summer

Step 1
cut out a basic bodice pattern in contrast fabric and attach to skirt of outgrown dress.
add border of contrast to hem of skirt
embroider detail on border-flowers,hearts etc
decorate with a few buttons and beads
