Easy and fun to make, although for taste I did only Vanilla extract it doesn't have the "taste" or smell of vanilla even though I put about 5 drops :/ other than that very happy with the result, used a caviar box for storage =D

hey thanks for doing a version! Yeah I think the peppermint deffinitely over whelms the vanilla. I decided to start adding honey to give it a bit of a flavor and it seems to work fine. Give it a try or just add powdered sugar or even koolaid that already has sugar in it.
