    i bought these frames from the thrift store with art practically glued on the frame. so the first step was to rip it off.. well i salvaged the art, and its hanging on my wall =)

    then take out all those pesky staples.

    then i nailed in the backing on the back of the frame so that the frame hangs horizontally. its up to you, which ever way you please .

    i forgot to take a picture, but next i measured out 10 equal spaces. then i drilled holes and screwed in my hooks =)

    but basically, your just need to set up an old sheet or some old newspapers and spray paint your frame.. ooo i got glitter paint too! its awesome.

    tada!! then you hang it on your wall. and hang our necklaces and bracelets. and i hang my headbands on there too =)
