I have a tunnel plug and I just kind of made a coil of clay and stuck it through the tunnel until it fit snug. I also put it through my ear before I baked it.

how did you go about getting the size right? i've thought about trying to make a version of these myself, but i'm worried about getting the size as perfect as i can.
