Rainbowlicious!
I split up the eclair dough once made and added a little coloring to it, once I had the rainbow colors I spooned small ammounts onto the baking sheet and gently with toothpicks smoothed the edges and helped shape it better.
Once baked I topped it with melted chocolate and whipped cream.
