  • Step 1

    Take you material and cut it up into small strips not too big though.

  • Step 2

    Once you've cut all your fabric into shreds tie it onto the metal- all peices of the metal need to be covered.

  • Step 3

    Make sure to pack the material together so you cannot see ANY of the metal wire.

    You may need to make more rags to acheive this.

  • Step 4

    Once you've put all the material onto the ring so you can't see any of the metal wire you need to ruffle it up a bit so the material doesn't lie flat.

  • Step 5

    Once all the material has been put on and ruffled up make a little tie to put on the outside ring to make it look prettyful.

    You just need to fold the ribbon in half <--------------------->
    <--------------------->
    end to end and loop it through to ring.

  • Step 6

    Now hang it up on a door!!!
