Based on Queen Of Hearts Costume by Sarie
I made it for mardi-gras. The collar is in cards and the other side in fabric, ribbons and felt. I sticked cards in the skrit and sewed red ribbons. The crown is in cardboard paint with studs and polymer hearts. I sewed on the tshirt lace, ribbon and fabric.
