This was made with free software at Picnik.com and I used the steps that I posted in a prior project:

In the version I made collages with red, blue, yellow and green shaded pictures and then made them into 4 different collages, then combined them into a photo collage then used that photo to make a collage (note: Walgreen's photo processing chopped off part of the top and bottom row when I got the picture printed off is why it looks a little off).
