let me hear you balalaika's ringing out...
one of my earliest memories is playing with a set of russian dolls that belonged to my aunt and I've loved them ever since.
I decided that I wanted to make something based on them & at first considered painting a few on canvas, but as I was looking around the interweb I found something similar to this and thought it's be cute to try.
