You Will Need

Step 1Start by piercing two holes on the back of a bottle cap.

Step 2Thread a strip of elastic and make a knot on the inside of the cap.

Step 3Add glue to the knot to hold it in place. Set it aside

Step 4Cut a circular piece of fabric and a slightly smaller piece of felt.

Step 5Stitch around the fabric.

Step 6Pull the thread to gather.

Step 7Stuff with roving or polyfil stuffing.

Step 8Add glue to the bottle cap and stuff the pin cushion inside.

Step 9Let it dry.

Step 10Decorate the outside as you wish.
