My boyfriend and I made this about a year and a half ago for a family member's bday. It was made pretty much the same way as original poster except we used a punching bag balloon because they are larger. It is supposed to be Tweety Bird. To decorate we tore up pieces of yellow tissue paper, crumpled them up, and glued them on. The eyes and beak are cut out from felt.
The second pic is after all the kids beat it! lol
