my customers are very happy with this: )it has a nice consistency and doesnt turn to soup as u work with it like store bought frosting. perfect for making roses!
in a large bowl, beat the first 3 ingredients on low speed until they are smooth. this might take a little while. be prepared for a big big mess the powdered sugar goes flying!
add the next three ingredients. be careful to not get any yolk into the frosting. now you're going to beat this on high speed for 8 minutes. the volume will almost double. this makes enough to frost and decorate a half sheet cake (12x18)
