  • Step 1

Add half a cup of milk to your Blender/smoothie Maker.

  • Step 2

Put 3 Level tbsps of peanut butter into the milk, (i prefer smooth, otherwise you are left with the lumps at the bottom of the smoothie - but i guess its all about what you like)

  • Step 3

Add HALF a chopped and peeled ripe banana...(not a black banana...but ripe with flavour)

  • Step 4

Sprinkle 2 level tbsps of drinking chocolate mix into the blender, and put the lid on tightly.

  • Step 5

Blend. (DUH) until you have no lumps left.

  • Step 6

Put into a cup and enjoy!! Yummy :] hope you like it! xxxxxxx

I just made this w/ nonfat milk and nonfat cocoa and only 2 tbspns of peanut butter and it's fantastic! I shared the other 1/2 of the banana with my rats so it wouldn't go to waste. Thanks for sharing!

This is my fav smoothie from Jamba Juice, however I found out it was really high in calories, so i'm happy to have this recipe so i can replace some of the things with reduced fat items, yay! Thanks! Happy
